Visitation

VISITATION

As we grew in understanding of that culture and learnt the necessities of the tribe, we realized that being in the center alone wasn’t enough. Many of the women are not allowed out of their houses, not allowed to make and keep friends, not allowed to visit even their neighbors.
Women are not counted worthy in that specific group and many of them are abused – verbally, physically, emotionally – ignored, mistreated, and they have to remain silent.

Having those women in mind, since they couldn’t come to us, we decided to go to them. We started visiting the women, one by one, letting them know they are important, they are loved, they are cared for and they are not forgotten in the middle of the desert.

Many new friendships were born in these times and we are so excited to share life with them.
